Adding 72 million Medicaid recipients who pay nothing for care and 28 million who do not have any, begs the question of who pays the premiums for 100 million of our 325 million population? We know 33% is fraud! So, stopping fraud “right our ship of state”? And using European model example would save 50%, just in lowering drug prices as he has said again and again! Mimicking Canada just makes all of North America the highest on Earth and all systems have some 10% fraud, it just smaller when costs are lower!
